Get to know me

So, in response to Wendy's blog (check it out at View from the Grove), here are my top 5---

#1- Five years ago I was living and working in Logan and riding horses. Pretty much living the high life, in my opinion, but going about it all wrong. Who knew in the next five years I would hit rock bottom and yet, still come back up.

#2- 5 Things on my To Do List today:
  1. Stay busy at work
  2. Start reading a new book
  3. Go couponing and save money by spending money
  4. Hang the pictures in my house
  5. Pull out the hamburger to thaw for dinner (not tonight's dinner, it's too late for that)

#3 - 5 snacks I enjoy:

  1. Popcorn
  2. String Cheese
  3. Cookies
  4. Licorice
  5. Whatever takes the least effort :).

#4 - 5 Places I have lived:

  1. Burley, Idaho at my parent's
  2. Rexburg, Idaho - Back when it was Ricks College
  3. Urbana, Centerville, Marion, and Delaware, Ohio (They count as one- it was my mission)
  4. Logan, UT
  5. Pleasant Grove, UT with my honey

#5- 5 jobs I have had

  1. Ace Hardware- I was the helpful hardware woman in the plumbing and automotive departments. I also got to wrap and deliver wedding gifts. Good times!
  2. Broulims - I was the deli girl that sliced your meat, made your salad and fried your chicken.
  3. Paul Turner Farms - I was probably the only child my dad had that it was cheaper to fire me and hire someone else than to fix everything I broke.
  4. Country Cove Apartments - I was the RA that made sure the guys were out and the girls were home on time. Look at me enforce the rules!
  5. Cove Point Retirement Center - I was the assistant dietary manager. I got to cook and plan meals. It was a blast, but the management was HORRID - they wanted me to work on my wedding day. I quit shortly after.

So, I look forward to seeing all the info about you on your blog!

Hey! Nice post . . . So which book are you going to start reading and is black or red licorice a favorite treat? Why isn't your current job listed? (haha).

Can't wait for dinner on Monday!
