The calm... after the weekend

So, last weekend in Bear Lake with the girls was AWESOME! It's amazing how a day or two away from real life can make the rest of life seem "do-able".

For those of you that don't know Wendy, or don't look at her blog, I will attach pictures of our great weekend.

These two are the "pretty people". They don't even look like they are cold! What is up with that?

As you can see, Jenny and I let off a little steam by racing. I think technically she won, but really, it was anyone's game.

The highlight of the weekend, as fun as 4 wheeling and playing cards can be, was conference. What a great spirit there is when we are hearing the words of our Heavenly Father. It was a great time to be able to refresh and really get to know the wonderful ladies I am blessed to associate with. It's good to know that everyone has problems and life is real no matter how it looks to others.

So, now, it is back to work and "normal" life. We are unpacking the house and really getting moved in. Bryan found out this week that he should be working in Salt Lake for a while instead of traveling. It will be nice to have him home... yeah! Let the "honey do" list begin!
