I Got Hit by a Boat!

Imagine driving down the road and *bam!* you are slammed in the back and you just know that you were just rear ended. It definitely helps make for a bad day. Then--- in your rear view mirror, you see that you weren't just rear ended, but you were rear ended by the boat that YOU were pulling! Imagine telling this one to your husband. Of course, that will be AFTER you call for help because clearly, you can't lift the boat on your own and put it back on the ball of your pick up.
So, right now you are thinking- that is hilarious! Of course it is, because it DIDN'T happen to you!
So, yeah, it did happen, and it even happened to me. Go figure. Because of that, now we have a true "farm truck" that will not let the tailgate open. It's a good time.
On the positive side, Bryan just laughed (I think mostly because it wasn't really my fault) and hopefully we will get it fixed soon.
In the meantime, here is a picture of the tailgate. The boat was fine. I just hope it made someone chuckle :).
